Graham after finishing an honours degree at University of Canterbury in Christchurch commenced his legal career as a Judge’s Clerk in the New Zealand Court of Appeal where he gained insight into Judicial reasoning, cross jurisdictional research skills and an in-depth knowledge of the law. Graham has worked for a large national firm and for small niche market firms ranging in specialisation from the fishing and marine industry to the viticultural and wine industry.

In 2008 Graham set up his own practice to develop his specialties and to deliver a dedicated service in a personable way and at reasonable cost. The result is flexibility and a prompt responsiveness to clients’ needs.
